Scope, pricing, timelines, ownership of deliverables, and payment terms for any actual project are set out in a separate agreement or invoice for that project, not on this page. Where this page and a signed project agreement conflict, the project agreement applies.
The content, design, and code of this website belong to Mynkode unless stated otherwise. Logos, names, and content belonging to clients, shown here with permission as examples of past work, remain their property.

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Mynkode is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website; liability relating to actual project work is governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement.
